CANCELLATION POLICY

48 hours notice: The best and most appreciated amount of notice! If you have a deposit on your account as a new client, it can remain there, or you can have it returned in full. If you are a returning client without a deposit, this will not apply to you. You can move forward with scheduling a new appointment date as the appropriate amount of notice has been given. Thank You!

24 hours notice: An acceptable (but not ideal) amount of notice. It is much harder for our stylists to fill appointments last minute, so please bear that in mind. If you have a deposit on your account as a new client, it can remain there or you can have it refunded in full. If this happens twice, you will need to pay a deposit to book a future appointment, even as a return client.

Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service total will be charged to be able to make a future appointment. If you have a deposit on account, it will automatically be used for this charge. If you have no deposit on account as a returning client, this must be paid before a future booking can be made.

No Notice: 100% of the service total will be charged to be able to make a future appointment. If you have a deposit on account, it will automatically be used towards this charge, and the remainder will be paid before a future booking can be made. If you have no deposit on account as a returning client, this must be paid in full before a future booking can be made.
